Description
Rock Drill Oils are designed for extreme pressure lubrication capability in air-powered percussion equipment. The product is formulated to provide rust and corrosion protection as well as tackiness for lubricant adherence to critical tool surfaces. The lubricants tac/clinging characteristics maintain a preferred durable oil film on the metal surface rather than potential
moisture, commonly present in compressed air equipment. This quality lubricant will withstand heat and friction, minimize wear, and enhance pneumatic tool durability. The wide viscosity of applications and an extended spread of operating temperatures contributing to increased equipment flexibility/performance.
Application
Recommended for all makes of oil-lubricated, high impact, pneumatic tools and machines, i.e. rock drills, jackhammers, drifters, wagon drills, chipper's, tampers, riveters, pavement breakers and other devices operating at a range in temperatures under moist or dry conditions. ISO Grade 1000 is extremely viscous and appropriate preparations for handling and pumping should be noted.
